Left side of the vehicle was buggy a little because of the Obey & Survive sign placed wrong. As you can see on my screenshot the last two symbols (e") weren't visible and the sign itself was not centered relatively to the seal of Los Santos. Now it's ok.

Small bugs fixes are welcomed to the community. I do have a form of OCD... but it is not sevear. This mod does fix a bug that Rockstar overlooked...
