Hey guys, I want to show you what I have been working on and will continue to be working on for a very long time. I just want you're opinions on how this texture looks. Thanks!
Download this first.

Install the SS as per the instructions from the author.
Next Download my file and go here in OpenIV
mods / x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf
Open the YTD from the author that you have installed into that directory, i rename d the files to police.ytd and police.yft. If you have done the same open police.ytd and look where ss_sign_ 1 2,3, and 4. Replace each one with the png in my file.
Only the texture was made by me!
