The State of North Yankton is roughly based on the State of North Dakota, USA.
Although there is not much ground to cover in-game, North Yankton is the primary law enforcement agency for the Town of Ludendorff, which was established in the year of 1945.
The snow-covered and honestly boring landscape and lack of resources in the area have led the residents of Ludendorff and surrounding townships in the State of North Yankton to turn to a life of crime.
Ludendorff is a rural town, with one primary road that runs east to west- Cavalry Boulevard.
