---INSTALLATION---
1) Enable edit mode
2) go to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/f620.ytd
3) replace f620_sign1 (or _sign2/3/4) with s15_livery.png
4) replace "windowdecal" with s15_windowdecal.png
5) save and close OpenIV
6) (In GTA) set the primary color to white
