LorePlates version 1.0 by FoodSandwich
========================================================
ABOUT
========================================================
The default San Andreas license plates in GTAV are based on the standard issue California plates from the past sixty years. LorePlates is a collection of additional license plates from the same timespan, for the three other fictional states in the GTA Universe: Liberty, Alderney, and North Yankton. (based on New York, New Jersey, and North Dakota respectively). Each plate in this pack is a painstaking recreation of a real-life counterpart, combined with a conscious effort to emulate Rockstar's satire. If Liberty, Alderney, and North Yankton were fully accessible in GTAV, then LorePlates is an estimation of the kind of plates Rockstar would make for these regions.

EXTRAS
========================================================
I have included clean versions of the rusty plates in this pack. If you prefer the look of the clean plates, just drag all of the images from the extras/no rust folder included in this download, into the vehshare.ytd, click "Ok," and save.
I have also included textures for a more accurate 80's San Andreas plate, which more-closely resembles the 1982 California plate than the default one that Rockstar made. To replace the default one, just drag plate04.png and plate04-n.png from the extras/SA accurate 80s plate folder into your vehshare.ytd, click "Ok," and save.

Sweet!
Wished R* made North Yankton an actual map.
Nice.
This looks awesome, been trying my best to get it working on my FiveM test server and none of the plates are usable, the resource starts fine and doesn't throw any errors, but they wont appear ingame, I've Looked around loads of forums and posts but cant seem to get them to work, are you able to offer any help?
really nice plates
@Thunder49 Admittedly I don't have much experience with FiveM. But I will be looking into the problem this week. (after work and after I reinstall GTA5 - I'm downloading the Steam version b/c I'm fed up with Epic Games). I'll DM you in the next few days and we'll figure it out together.
@FoodSandwich ah okay sounds good!, I'll keep an eye out for your message!
"america's forehead" is such a good motto lmfao
These look great, have you fought of adding some extra plates for SA (mainly the CA Sesquicentennial plate, the 88-94 plate, and the current plates since 2012)?
@Kuruma8888 I didn't make them for this version because they look so similar to the vanilla SA plates, and I wanted each plate to stand out on it's own. Perhaps I'll add them as an option in a future update like I did with the "Accurate 1982" plate.
The one with the DMV website on it piques my interest because I'd love to implement a DMV parody where you can get these other plates without using a trainer, since there's no known way to make them available in LS Customs 🤔
The only complaint I have is the lack of 1024x textures to match with Cj24's plates, but it's just my taste.
@A_mbien_t I made everything as vectors, so an "HD" version of this pack is very likely in the future
@FoodSandwich good to know. Looking forward to see it!
I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEED IT! This should really be an option in Vanillaworks. Love it, love it, love it, love it, love it! Hate the pain it is to install, is that a thing that can be worked on with the right know-how, or it something you can't fix even if you're the greatest modder that ever modded?
"You may NOT include in a FiveM server as part of microtransactions or lootboxes. " Not that I encourage this, but how exactly are you gonna enforce that? Kind of laughable you think that will stop anyone.
@Think_Tank I'll look in to making an installer for the next version.
@FoodSandwich That would be amazing! Appreciate it.
