It replaces the american flag.

i know.. i use Enhanced native trainer, PC trainer V menyoo etc.

@amitpaul911 - Open menyoo trainer, Go to vehichles option, spawn the Car (Marshall) it can be found on offroad. then go to Menyoo customs. and there you will see an option called liveries. change that. done!

@GTA CINEMA oh okay thanks but i was thinking about that big flag so that i can spawn it anywhere and not just on a car.

is there an option to add flags, not replace? I mean add more flags to the existent ones
