I think the original model pack upload (with ELS, templates etc) was deleted by the original modeler.
The model u see in my file was the old model itself only, 4 years ago.
I didn't keep any of the template files on my side.
i.e. the original model is out of stock
Sorry for late reply since I'm not active here anymore (I think)

I might try if I can find a model of it, but I'm not really active in livery designing currently.
I've made a skin for HKPF for this particular Ford, may upload it here if you interested
the model is good bus the skin was not very sharp so i've re-done it :)
