Hey guys this is a Black and White Livery. This is customized by me and if you want any correction please let me know in comments.
I recommend you to use this particular car that I used. The Nissan GTR Car Link is

To install this file, go to open iv and open
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>gtr>dlc.rpf>x64>vehicles.rpf (here)
open the gtr.ytd file and import files (edit mode)
