The following is a single livery representing 90-0758, an F-16C of the 314 Fighter Squadron based at Holloman Air Force Base.
INSTALLATION
1. Upon deciding which liveries you would like to use on a model, navigate to your 737200.ytd;
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > [dlc containing your F-16C] > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
2. Replace the "_sign" textures in the appropriate .YTD with the liveries you want to use
or import them and name them appopriately, then save them.

@lawnchair7 I wasn't the one to make the actual design - the credit for that goes to gunfighter06 on the DCS forums - I simply converted the design to my Have Glass base template.
