Meet Turbo Phil. Car Throttle's modified Mazda MX-5/Miata NA from the Project MX-5 series.
Change log:

Extended the two stripes to the rear of the car. I have only just noticed these in Car Throttle's Project MX-5 videos. These rarely show Turbo Phil's tailgate.
Installation:
1: Install this mod:

2: Using OpenIV, access "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\na6\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\", open the "na6.ytd" file and replace the "na6_sign_1" texture with the one provided.
N.B. You will need to use Edit mode for this.
