Because in Los Angeles County, California, people everyday get arrested by British Police all the time. I guess Brits - in return - get arrested by LAPD cops as well. Dumb. It doesn't work, make sense, and is a waste of time unless you plan to make a mod that turns Los Angeles into Wales. Idiocy, I tell you.

cant you all just stfu and appreciate the effort he has gone to to make these all you do is complain on a mods site? if you are going to complain about there not being new models why don't you go make one and prove you are more than a screaming baby that wants everything done for them, or just keep bashing on the people that make this game 10x better and give hundreds of hours of replay-ability FOR FREE

That is NOT the point. It is impossible to be legitimately arrested by an officer operating outside of their jurisdiction. It DOESN'T work, and you know it. The object is to make everything in game resemble the true likeness of Los Angeles. So pray tell how a Brit can act as an officer of the law in a Country that is not even theirs?!?
