Replace the unlore DHS livery with a proper NOOSE SEP livery and it’ll be better

I appreciate the suggestions guys. I am going to upload the Lore NOOSE and an IAA Livery for version 1.1
I am going to try get a FIB and NOOSE TRU Livery sorted out for 1.2
Also I am not to happy with the way the IAA turned out, let me know what you think. Going to try get that looking better in 1.2 as well
I’d suggest changing the text on the NOOSE one to security enforcement police (the lore version of federal protective service), and maybe base the IAA one on this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/international-affairs-agency-vehicle-pack-addon
