1. Open OpenIV and enable edit mode.
2. For replace version of the car, navigate to
x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and open the ytd file of f620.
For addon version of the car,
navigate to dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\ and open the ytd file.
3. Replace the f620_sign_x with the downloaded livery.
4. Save it.
