Installation tutorial in the .RAR file.
This mod is born basically because i don't like the textures made by the modders, and I thought somone else could agree with me so I decided to upload it.
If you want, I can take your requests (if I'm able to realize them) for other liveries.
For now the only number that the SUV has is 84. If the modder that made the vehicle finds a way, or I find a way to add more liveries, I'll add other numbers.
Sorry for bad english.
Changelog:
V1: Initial release, available in white and in a more classic black/white livery.
V2: NEW Paleto Bay Police Department livery. I'm creating a custom lore for the game, so I created this skin that you might like too.

where to install it... nowhere (gtapolicemods, lspd.com nor anywhere else) tells you where to install... I can only guess that its in x64e
@Quakex64 As I wrote in the readme file in the package, the directory is update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
