INSTAL TUTORIAL
1. In OpenIV, locate your Grand Theft Auto V location, and turn on edit mode in the top of the tab.
2. Navigate to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday3ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
3. Right-click anywhere in there and click add.
