Resident Evil Series: Custom Dispatch Meta 0.9

ONLY USE IF YOU HAVE ALL RESIDENT EVIL SERIES VEHICLE LIVERIES AND PED UNIFORMS!
This is the dispatch.meta file I use in my game to have the proper vehicles chase you accordingly to the star wanted levels.
It's not perfect or how I would really want it to be but close enough. Depending on whether you are in the city or in countryside you will see different vehicles appear (chase you).
Also, depending on the star wanted level, you will be chased in order, first the RPD will try to stop you, then STARS and then USS but some USS units will spawn as soon as you hit 3 stars, not what I would want but I'm still working on how to make it better.
Another thing is that since some vehicles have different liveries, like STARS, USS and RPD all in one, you will see either RPD, STARS or USS peds in random RPD STARS USS vehicles. But again not that big of a deal, I think :)
You will get a kick of watching the whole RE police units try to stop you!
