Adds the Ruiner 2000's Parachute and Jumping Ability to the Liberator.
Also includes an option for the Progen T20.
Installation for Liberator: Put "vehicles.meta" from Liberator folder into update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpindependence/common/data/levels/gta5
Installation for T20: Put "vehicles.meta" from T20 folder into update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpluxe2/common/data/levels/gta5
Press "E" to jump and "Space" to deploy the parachute.

@KevCraftler if this could only become some kind of script so it works for all cars, not just liberator and KITT car... that would be awesome
@Nukito by adding "FLAG_HAS_PARACHUTE" and "FLAG_JUMPING_CAR" to the car's flags in vehicles.meta
