NVTR - Timecycles mod that changes weather coloring. The mod was created to add variety to the visuals of the game.
- Daytime conditions are no longer so dull and boring
- The shadows are now not as dark and scary as in the original
- Several types of beautiful sunsets
- Rainy weather is now accompanied by fog

Move the following files to their destinations
Move the following files to their destinations

- Grand Theft Auto V - mods - update - update.rpf - common - data - timecycle
"visualsettings.dat" to:
- Grand Theft Auto V - mods - update - update.rpf - common - data
"water.xml" to:
- Grand Theft Auto V - mods - mods - common.rpf - data - levels - gta5

You can try it. I think NVE replaces not only the "timecycle", but also the game's shaders. Perhaps some combination will work out. If you already have NVE installed, I advise you to make a backup before overwriting the "timcycle" and "visuallsettings" files.
@Alex_Hornet I loved the red Halloween, but could you make it so it doesn't rain in that weather? And also make the red tone more gradual? Make it medium during the day, intense at dusk, and dark red at night, please? And maybe remove the default filter, or if not, reduce it a bit. Thanks

This look fantastic but is it normal that water poddle that almost dry (i think? there was poddle on road it was normal but it was on roadside when there are car parked) look like a dark jelly i think? it was weird and when i change it back to original or another modded visualsettings.dat it was gone. is there a way to fix this? (im using natural vision)

doesnt work with upscaler
it's way too blue maybe you should drop the color on blue a bit as I'm even using blue light filter from windows and it's still too blue

For some reason, with puredark's upscaler, any weather will have jagged edges and will be pixelated
