I'd like to note:
This mod has not been updated for awhile, especially the newest version. I might return to it, I've been experimenting privately recently with a newer version for personal use. If it develops into something more stable, I may release it. For now, don't expect new versions soon, but also don't assume the project is fully abandoned. See the V4.0/3.2 notes for details. With that said...
Greetings!
Welcome to my first attempt at making a mod. I had experimented with the files seeing if i can make my own and well, here we are. This mod is supposed to be exaggerated, IV styled (loosely based). Whether you would call it IV styled or not, it definitely fixed the bland vanilla euphoria.
Requirements to install
OpenIV
Installation
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go in edit mode
3. Drag and drop, or open the OIV package using the Package Installer
(Installation instructions are also provided on a notepad within the zip file)
This is for SP and not FiveM.
Mod Recommendations
Realistic Blood FX 1.8 or Gore Realism: Enhanced
More Gore 3.1.4.1
Bullet Impact (Player Euphoria) 1.4
IV Style knockdowns
Low Life Crime 1.1c (Not recommended if doing a story playthrough)
Version Logs
V4.0 (Test build, currently private)
Notes
- Build currently based only on Physicstasks.ymt & behaviours.xml.
- Accurate to IV behavior. This file is just loosely based, not an attempt for the 'best' recreation (Based off GTA V's engine limits).
- Uses default weapons.meta, iksolvers, and other files that are typically edited to enhance behaviors and reactions (files outside of the physicstasks.ymt and behaviors.xml is untouched).
Features that are present
- Car grabbing is prominent and very strong.
- Moderate stumbling that feels natural. Feels like if you took the stumbling directly from IV and watered it down about 30 percent, including how well they can balance and stay upright.
- Will topple and stumble over walls like in IV.
- Wound grabbing.
- Leg shots will will cause a fall more IV like.
Features that are uncertain
- Car bumping reactions
Needs to be changed:
- Weapon grip (slight tuning possibly)
- Falling reactions (better reactions)
- Rolling reactions
Important note(s)
- It's pretty much impossible to recreate GTA IV's euphoria 1:1. The best I can do is use what is limited within GTA V's engine using valid parameters available. This is why I have instead loosely based it off GTA IV's euphoria, rather than trying to make the most accurate recreation.
This is included in the changelog so you have an idea of what's being worked on and what to expect. School will also be holding me back so that's guaranteed to delay the process.
V3.1
- Adjusted many configuration and values
- I'm positive i also fiddled with stumbling
- Stiffness changed when shot (Looked silly when shooting a dead body and for the better)
- Other changes that are also cool
V3.0
- Adjusted different reactions to different guns
- Better stumbling
- Better reactions depending where shot
- Grabs onto surroundings when possible
- No longer has over exaggerated reactions when shot in the head
- Stiffer taser reactions
- Smoother reactions
- Toned down falling and rolling reactions
- Less exaggerated, but more accurate reactions to GTA IV (This means it isn't as exaggerated as before, but more similar to GTA IV while being a bit more realistic)
- Increased grab strength
- Improved stiffness
V2.0.1
- Improved an changed stiffness when shot
- Probably fixed any crashing issues and such
- other stuff I forgot
V2.0.1
- Adjusted pedbounds.xml values & physicstask.ymt location(s)
- Added OIV uninstaller
- Removed manual installation
- Removed Herobrine
V2.0
- Added OIV installers for 1.1 & 2.0
- Added various on-ground reactions (Such as grabbing wounds, rolling around)
- Added "pediksettings" to edit the process of obtaining joint angles from known coordinates of end effector
- Better falling reactions
- Better height reactions
- Better jumping out of car reactions
- Better rolling reactions
- Changed balancing/stumble (Depending on the gun)
- Edited and added various different reactions to guns (Depending on the gun will have different reactions such as less stumbling or instant falling)
- Melees don't instantly knock peds down (Depends whether the ped or you are running)
- Peds will grab wounds more if not holding a 2 handed gun
- Stiffer taser reactions
V1.1
- Added more stumble
- Added a better "alien.xml" file
- Added "pedbounds.xml" and "pedhealth.meta" to have better mass and less weak npcs
- Configured the stiffness by a bit
- Fixed buggy (flying) ragdolls from V1.0
V1.0
- Initial release

Any suggestions I will consider.
@Maxwellfriend Thank you
Hey man I’m using DrunkIV and it adds stumbling/drunk euphoria. Would u know what to edit to disable the stumbling? I’m only using it so I can aim the pistol 1 handed
Try to edit the 'balance' and 'step' values. You can use ctrl + f to find those keywords. @djsefru
Naturalmotion folder crashes the game.
Possibly wrong file location, or just don't use it. Not much of an impact at all with or without it. @Lil_Abbass
@Maxwellfriend okay bro.but i have some suggestions.
im listening @Lil_Abbass
Bringing back some similar features from the older versions, mainly the reactions so like be cool and wait for it!!!
so smooth! 👍
Where can I get this gun sound pack?
https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/realistic-shootouts-enhanced-0-9-beta-gtav-weapon-sound-mod @CYBERTHEKING
@Maxwellfriend Thx
@Maxwellfriend I couldn’t seem to make it work man. Is there any chance u could do it for me? I can send u my working drunkIV script on discord or something and I can pay you to do these edits.
