1. go to mods/x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf
2. export vehicles.awc as OpenFormats (oac)
3. replace any siren you like
4. then drag and drop vehicles.oac in mods/x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf
5. and it should be done
