Hell Billboard replacement 1.1

This is a replacement texture for the Billboard on the Highway that says "Hell Awaits"
it made me uncomfortable so I changed it, and now I'm sharing it
Installation
1. Extract contents of the "billboard replace files" folder and put them where you like for easy access
2. Launch OpenIV and navigate to:
*x64p.rpf/levels/gta5/_hills/cityhills_03/ch3_rd2.rpf
3. Enable edit mode then drag and drop these files named below from the "billboard replace files" folder
ch3_rd2_billboard01.ydr and ch3_rd2_billboard01+hidr.ytd
4. Lastly, in OpenIV find the file name "ch3_rd2_lod.ytd" open it, then drag the "ch3_rd2b_billboard01_lod.png"
image file from the "place content in ch3_rd2_lod.ytd" folder you extracted and place it in the TXD viewer,
save then your done.
