If you are having a Script Hook V critical error. You need to remove Script Hook V for now. It has not been updated to the latest version of Grand Theft Auto V yet. Removing Script Hook V will remove that Critical Error, but you will not be able to use mod menus or anything else, other than texture replacements and vehicle replacements, until Script Hook V is updated to the latest version. Or if you are able to, you may downgrade the latest version of Grand Theft Auto V back to 1290 if you are able to, along with the Social Club. If you are unable to, then just have patience my friend.

plus in steam GTAV properties I disabled automatic update and in steam settings downloads restriction - only auto update games between 3am - 4am so when my PC is shut down .. I even use script hook now without problems

@REN201427 So now my game is managing to start up properly with Script Hook V with the files you gave me. But it's now crashing about half a quarter of the way into the loading screen. Unlike before where it was instantly crashing. I have social club as well, any chance you think that could be the problem?
