ENBSeries is a set of graphical modifications for games

ENBSeries v0.275 for GTA 5 (graphic mod).
Added high quality antialiasing for vehicles as new parameter in enblocal.ini and it's
require msaa to be enabled in game video options. Fixed bug with midnight time of the
day reading.
WARNING!
Set game video options to DirectX11 mode. Also mod is tested for almost maxed graphics
setting, so it may fail to work properly otherwise.
Do not run the game in online mode with ENBSeries installed, i'm not sure if you will
be banned or not.
Installation:
Extract all files to your game folder, where game execution file exist.
Enable in Game with Shift+F12, press Shift+Enter to open the Edit Menu.

Settings in GTA V:
Everything on 'Very High', MSAA and FXAA off.
MSAA for Reflections 8x on.
Mostly 30-50 FPS

is there any way to use sweetFX and ENB together at same time??
@ehsancj I thought some modders had it here already. You have to search for enbs mixed with sweetfx in here and copy it from there. Older SweetFX already had chaining on bottom of settings page, i don't see it on Reshade's SweetFX thou. So maybe some other modders use those SweetFX to accomplish that. You have to look them up on this site and check. And old gta4 ENB had same thing called proxy. Not included yet for gta5. But i use it in gta4 and something similar with SweetFX in Watch Dogs.

So far, this is basically the only good graphics mod on here.
i get 60 fps with fx-8320 black edition OC to 3.7 ghz and using msi radeon r9 290 twin frozr with 12 rab kingston hyper x blu :D
@seb94 Can you make a low graphics mod for 2gb ram please?
@ehsancj enb isn't works for amd
i think that ENB is safe to use for online. ENB doesn't do changes in any .rpf etc file. you don't even need openIV to install it
preset is good, but in the day the sky is way too bright
