This is a Reshade preset I have been tinkering with for FiveM, it is supposed to be a kind of cell shaded look, like Borderlands. It isn't anywhere near perfect, but there aren't many other options, so I decided to share it.
The preset and necessary shaders should be in the file, but given this is my first public Reshade mod, I can't guarantee it has all the needed files.
Must install Reshade & it's default shaders from https://reshade.me
To install the mod, install Reshade, set it up, then drop the two folders in this mod into your GTAV root folder
