Ah! A Criminal! Mod makes all pedestrians either attack you or run away, depending on if your holding a weapon or not.
Weapon Out=Most Peds will run away, very few will attack.
Weapon Holstered=Some Peds will attack you, Some will run away.
Installation:
1. Start up OpenIV
2. Go to the common.rpf/data/naturalmotion directory in the gta files.
3. Replace behaviors.xml with the modded version.
Don't worry about backing up your behaviors.xml file, I already did that for you :)

Could you make peds run/attack if you have your weapon out and when your gun is holstered they act like they do now?
@mrdicat possibly, I'll look into that after I finish working on a mod I'm working on.
So does this mod make pedestrians randomly attack you when you've not got a weapon out? I just want it so that they run if they see a gun, but react normally if you're not armed.
What line did you edited in behaviors.xml exactly ?
If you can just get everyone to attack you with brawl instead of guns, you'd have yourself a good start on a zombie apocalypse mod :) I'd definitely test for you!

Hmm, like @Drkz asked above, what was changed in the .xml? Both the enabled and disabled .xmls are identical (both have CRC32: e023daf9).
Did you maybe accidentally forget to add the modified one to the archive?
