This mod brings a nice restaurant to go to after a long day of killing or stealing cars! It is a popular restaurant in the Korean town in Little Seoul, and is frequently visited by Franklin and his aunt Denise. It's run by a Korean boss that that runs a hidden operation of drugs and prostitution in the garage and back alley. Anyone who reports them usually ends up disappearing, never to be heard from again.
Place map in your GTA directory.
Map location in the screenshot
You must have the latest version of Map Builder and Map Editor in order for the map to function properly.
I recomend you download the mod: do ped stuff, to sit down at the tables. You can get it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/do-ped-stuff#description_tab
and use a trainer to cancel the animations.

Thats pretty nice, but would have been even better if it was complete standalone + the exterior model would be edited so you can go through doors
