My first villa project is now live. Enjoy !
I worked hard on it for over 100 hours so press a like if u find it nice !
Also, dont forget to mention the maps' link please if u make any videos.
All the outside vehicles will spawn randomly since they are placed as cargens
The interior vehicles are not included ( u can place your favorite )
UPDATE
1.1 Added some props and placed some others more precisely
This is a YMAP map,does not require MapEditor nor Menyoo to load,
it will load automatically just like any other prop in the game without any loading time or limits thanks to sollaholla's YMAP converter,which you can find here:

Installation
1) Install Map Builder from :
https://el.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
2) Copy and paste folder "custom_maps" to: update\x64\dlcpacks\
-Finally add "dlcpacks:\custom_maps\" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to: update.rpf\common\data\
[Manual installation]
(if you already have "custom_maps" folder with other YMAP maps)
-Villa60.ymap & Villano2 & _manifest.ymf to:
update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\
Programs used : Menyoo - MapBuilder - Codewalker - Ymap Converter

Same exact thing is happening to me and i have installed all requirements. Other houses spawn I added spawn good except this one. Any suggestions.

@GGbLAder Yea unfortunately that won't work since I already have that same config file installed on my PC. I am hitting myself on the head as to why it won't load. There has to be something in my files causing it not to load properly, I just don't know what it could be. I am going to try loading it in on my other GTA file with LSPDFR. Maybe it will work there. If you could think of another fix let me know. Thanks.
House sucks you can’t even park a car in the drive way or the garage without it falling thur the floors!!!! Wtf!!!! Is the point if you can’t store cars there!!!!!

@GGbLAder I followed the process for manual install. Adding this to Fivem hosted server. I've tried to add multiple ymap files and have had the same issue with a few. They have no floors, walls, etc. Any ideas?
dont know why but almost all props are invisible except some floating furnitures. please update this mod

@GGbLAder Or for better comfort, could you give your configuration in GTA 5? that is, what versions do I use on GTA, MapBuilder, Script Hook V, Script Hook V.NET, etc. to install the YMAP. Thanks U!
