Hi everyone, hope you Enjoy!
I used the Underground Shelter from GTA Online Biker Tunnel, fully customized and very detailed, great Base/Shelter for the Zombie Apocalypse. if you enjoy please leave a like took me a while to create. will add more things to it eventually, if you have any suggestions let me know. will be working on other maps aswell.
UPDATES:
Version 1.1- Small Fix
-Removed Invalid Objects from Map as they werent always showing up.
-Removed Chop since he would always spawn in the ground.
-Added New Props For dinning Area.
*Download and Install New File to Remove the Invalid Objects*
REQUIREMENTS!:
You will need this to load the Online Maps from the GTA Online DLC's: ENT (Trainer): https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhanced-native-trainer-zemanez-and-others
You will Need Map Editor to Load the map: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
*IMPORTANT*Look at the Screenshots to know what to switch On, Make sure you Load the Online Map in ENT First before loading the map in Map editor.*
How to install:
Unzip Folder, take the .XML file and place it in your GTA V main Directory where your gtav.exe is. normally it should be located here (if you have it on steam): c:\program files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
once ingame open up Enhanced Native Trainer by pressing F4, go to World then Activate "Load Online Maps" to enable access to the online condos and buildings. Once that is done, Open up Map Editor by pressing F7 go to Load Map and, Choose Files and Load Underground Shelter.xml and you will be teleported to the location. i also provide a screenshot of the location.
Make sure you go to settings in Map Editor and Reset Peds to Companion so that you can shoot Zombies around the Base. (Because Peds will react Negatively to you shooting if you don't Reset them).
Also, i use a few other mods that are shown on the screenshots (not required) but i do recommend them Highly:

@Lukash Yeah im having an issue where everytime I try to go into the base I teleport underground and fall, nothing is there.
@Spookz did you follow the instructions and set the trainer to load online maps ?

@Matisuuu if you look at the screenshots theres the exact location where to find it. its in the Canals, one of the exit points of the Canals to be precise
@lukash Yes i see it but i just want how you find the map ? i want it in .YMAP like a other mapping in GTA ONLINE the QG of Biker ...

@Matisuuu Sorry i don't quite understand what you mean i get the map from the Trainer that i linked in the description. You can Enable it with the trainer and teleport to the location.
