@austinholden12 for the dead body there is two possibility
first you can now script it with java if you know it
Or simply use an other ped to kill the chosen ped with relationship on ballas and grove make the second ped a bit hided if you don't want people to see it, and give him a sniper or whatever weapon you want

@austinholden12 I don't have but don't worry it's easy, simple use the relationship grove and ballas.
