New Venice Beach House ymap and xml [Menyoo][Map Builder]creat by me.
it a big house on the beach with everything you need and more !
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some walls and grounds.
HOW TO INSTAL:
A] ADDON [ymap file]
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
copy and paste folder "custom maps"
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
to: mods >update.rpf >common >data
Or,
when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the file :
New Venice Beach House.ymap
[Addon] (don t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
B] MENYOO [xml file]
Copy:
New Venice Beach House.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:
New Venice Beach House.xml
(You will be teleported infront of the house ) :)

I wish this had the empty pool table prop instead of the one with balls on it. It will work with the billard script but looks awful.

@design mike no, that was for the flickering/disappearing texture, NPC's spawning at random walking inside the house, fragile glass and walls and the pool being too shallow to swim (not that the water is functional).
@kamranos yes i never use real water sorry, i dont use fragile glass only security glass, and for the wall i dont understand do you have intalled Map Builder like in the description?
