Just place the "oceanrazrMMI" folder inside of your Server ressources folder and add "start oceanrazrMMI" to your server.cfg

@OceanRAZR always add a description on how to use in single-player. This is not a FiveM community.

@HeySlickThatsMe this building does not have any intorior normally (u would fall through the floor) i am glad that i understood how to port is successfully to FiveM, it was planned as private project. I think I will not edit the whole building just for SP which I am not playing.

Because my maps are not thought for singleplayer i am working on a solution to create this map as SP DLC... but this can take a very long time.
FiveM users can ignore this information. Thanks!
