Fam gangs ambient in the Franklin's Street (first home). You need Map editor https://es.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor . Put the file in your GTA V game directory, then load the map in the map editor. The male ped don't show up with hats. If you wanna they fight against other gangs dont waste your time. They dont work good. I set the AI on groove and they will fight. But only works good in maps with five, six peds. They will be freeze. You cant talk with them. For more realism download this Ped conversation mod https://es.gta5-mods.com/scripts/ped-conversation . Some of them will talk with you. I hope you like!
Warning: If you wanna do some video with the Rockstart editor with this map. You should know that the clips will load really slow inside the editor. My advaice is dont do it if you dont wanna waste your time.
