this mod adds a new FBI secret base for hacking and high security missions it works at night and day plenty of people some armed some not. this is my first building ive ever built.

@AARYA it is located on the road by the dam. you must be within a certain distance for the props to spawn.
@nathanator2002 why don't you post a screenshot of the location map of GTA V
