Hello, i am back with a new map mod.

Menyoo: https: //www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Script-Hook-V: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v
Custom Props Add-On: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
Installation:
Copy studio.xml to: (GAME FOLDER)/MENYOO STUFF/SPOONER, then open game and Click Spooner Mod/Manage Saved Files, click on studio and press enter on Load Placements.
The building is located in Sandy Shores.
Have fun.
