This is my first one map, be indulgents please.
You need Menyoo : https://fr.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
To install the map you just have to take the file Circuit13.xml and to put it in the folder : C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
To load the map, launch Menyoo then go to Spooner Mod then Manage Saved Files and load Circuit13
