Description: In Sandy Shores which is boring and ugly there are more trees, a place where you can rent water scooters, and a hidden meth lab, in addition, a new car repair shop and a revamped police station were built

- Added possibility to install in ymap file

- More trees added
- Streetlights added
- The police station has been improved and an opening gate has been added
- Some police cars added
- Added a car workshop with mechanics

- Trees have been better positioned resulting in lower FPS drops
- The trees have been somewhat differentiated and on each metre we can see a different type of
- The motel doors leading to the meth lab has been repaired, and the type of doors has been changed to be more in keeping with the climate
- More palm trees have been added in the 'town' itself
- Added a small house

- More trees have been added from the Sandy Shores sign at the height of trevor's trailer, extending all the way to the motel
- Several vehicles have been added to the police station
- Added water scooters, which are located on the lake, next to Trevor's trailer
- Added meth lab located in a small room in an abandoned motel
