extract "dilec" folder from the archive
go to (mods)/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
add line dlcpacks:/dilec/
gameconfig required

@Tohru94 are you using directx11 in the graphic setting? I've double checked and all of them seems to be working fine on my end,No.10 is bit of outdated so its misplaced and looks kind of buggy
