I've always likened the smaller tipper, as well as the mixer with the same cab, as being based on the GMC Topkick, but I never liked the goofy proportions; so, I decided to make this little edit to make them more closely resemble 3rd gen Topkicks. As with my other truck mods, the model work is only decent at best, and there are rough edges here and there, but I'm really pleased with how these came out despite that.
These trucks replace the vanilla Tipper(1) and Mixer(1).
Installation instructions:
1. use OpenIV to navigate to \x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. drag and drop all the files in the .zip into vehicles.rpf
