1. Script Hook V
2. CodeWalke(Enhanced) or OpenIV(Legacy)
3. OpenRPF(only Enhanced)
4. go to update.rpf , fix gameconfig.xml , open it , find "MaxExtraVehicleModelInfos" , value change to 2000
Installation Instructions:
1. open a CodeWalke or OpenIV
2. go to ./mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3. drop a folder "cuve25"
4. go to update.rpf
5. open dlclist.xml , Add "dlcpacks:/cuve25/" to the last line
6. spawn name : "cuve25".

Its way too fast and has a regular engine sound, not electric like it should.
@TM1195 hello i dont do handlings u can do it by yourself because everyone wants it different. Sound is from shotaro idk if there is an better E-sound in gta. Sound can also be change in the vehicles.meta. Have a great day
@IndicaPerformance Thats exactly what i did. Theres literally an electric motorcycle in the game already that you couldve easily taken. Sorry, but if you publish a mod, why not make it proper from the beginning?
