1. Script Hook V

3. OpenRPF(only Enhanced)
4. go to update.rpf , fix gameconfig.xml , open it , find "MaxExtraVehicleModelInfos" , value change to 2000
Installation Instructions:
1. open a CodeWalke or OpenIV
2. go to ./mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3. drop a folder "23rc8c"
4. go to update.rpf
5. open dlclist.xml , Add "dlcpacks:/23rc8c/" to the last line
6. spawn name : "23rc8c".

great mod, but please don't tag it for enhanced without providing an actual working version. A lot of times using CW to convert mods to enhanced causes crashes or just doesn't load the game.
By your logic every legacy mod could tag itself as "enhanced" and just mention 'use CW to convert to enhanced' which is just a misleading claim, as I've converted hundreds of mods to enhanced and a LOT of them don't end up working
beluga999 is right! Legacy is GEN8 Enhanced is GEN9 !!! a legacy addon mod is not compatible, you have to use CW and SZ,....
