Casually deleted neccessary files for my GTA to start properly, went onto Epic Games to see if I can verify the files, but instead it just said "install", which indicates it is indeed broken. Followed every step, but oh well, now I have to re-download my gta, which is living pain in the ass as my internet takes about 1 to 1,5 days to download gta, thanks!
