After installed correctly with openiv, you'll have to go to the "Director Mode" ,and pick the"Online Player"(your online player have to be female),change the lower to bikini by using "Simple Trainer"(If you don't have online player, go to online mode and create one. If you have problem creating online player, remove any mods, any trainer or any graphics mod )
