Not working for me either - new high-spec computer, not a single mod, and freshly installed game. Game will not load with OpenIV's ASI Loader in the root GTA directory folder (but starts if you delete the dinput8.dll)
Also, OpenIV program is telling me constantly to update all plugins (ASI Loader, OpenIV.asi, openCamera), yet it still doesnt work after supposedly updating them.
