I know how to fix the LRR/VLADVTOK No name problem
you need to extract and edit the trackid.gtx2 file in UPDATE.rpf/x64/data/lang/X(your language)
and add
0x414768D4 = Liberty Rock Radio 97.8
0xA09A7248 = Radio Vladivostok or Valdivostok FM
