for anyone wondering how to install, extract the two oiv files to a folder then open/install openiv and click on the button in the upper left with the blue, red, and green squares and install select on of the oiv files, dont lanch hit continue, then install the other then you can launch. Was pretty easy to install only takes 2 minutes if you already have openiv.
