Using the Grotti Turismo R, a GTA V vehicle mostly resembling the LaFerrari, I was able to push it to 372 km/h (231 mph) on the Los Santos Freeway and checking with the speedometer from the Rampage Menu.
I can assure you that this mod gets pretty close, unless you used a custom LaFerrari you modified into the game, in which the author has already explicitly mentioned that custom vehicles are impossible to support due to how the center of mass differs.
