PLEASE READ THIS
This model now has skirt bones. So to make them work in-game, you have to set the ExpressionSetName in the ap m.xml file to "expr set ambient female skirt". There are underscores between spaces.
I already know there was a Raiden Shogun mod in this site by Mrtank. However I also wanted to share my version of the mod. So here you go. I hope this won't cause any conflict. Enjoy! :)

Model's source (you can find Raiden Shogun there since I couldn't provide the link of exact locaion of the model because you can't put percentage symbol in description tab)

INSTALLING INSTRUCTIONS
Just install Add-on Ped Selector. You can find all the required mods to download and installing instructions you need.
Changelog:
v2.0 - Completely reworked on a new model. Better weight paints, rig and etc.

for your description that there was a raiden mod already, those don't have animated faces I believe like yours do
so instead of looking lifeless yours actually look like it has life and no discredit to the other modder for their work, but I'd rather use yours.
@Uni Thank you for your respectful opinion ❤. I should also be grateful for modders like @Mrtank. If they hadn't make any GI mods for GTA 5, I wouldn't have played GTA 5 that much, and wouldn't have learned making peds as well. In a nutshell, they gave me passion and inspiration to make peds 👍
