- Download and install MpClothes (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/mpclothes-addon-clothing-slots)
- Navigate to your correct path and replace the existing file or add a new slot
Note: you may need to adjust the slot number.

- mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpclothes_male.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
