Because of the nature of the paint on this model, only one livery can be loaded per model.
Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\china\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\china.rpf\j10
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file j10.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origj10.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with the new livery, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag j10.ytd from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\china\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\china.rpf\j10
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the j10.yft or j10_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn j10 with the trainer of your choice.

For the Chengdu J-10S in the plane pack, the original paint, China in Low-Vis Gray and Pakistan in Low-Vis Grey in the ZF1 pack
