Taxi Driver By Day, Bouncer By Night.
When GTA 5 was being developed, it was supposed to have more variations to cab drivers in-game, but for some reason they never managed to pull it off even though they kept the original dialogues, so if you're tired of the same old generic culero taxi NPC, try the Strip Club Bouncer, who's side hustle is to drive you around the city
Installation:
1. Ped Replacement -
Copy "a m y stlat 01" to mods - x64v.rpf - models - cdimages - componentpeds a m y.rpf
and a m y stlat 01 p.ydd & a m y stlat 01 p.ytd to
x64e.rpf - models - cdimages - pedprops.rpf
2. Voice Change -
Insert the a m m eastsa 02 latino full 01.awc audio to
mods - x64 - audio - sfx - S-FULL-AMB-M.rpf
Optionally, you can remove his presence from around the city by replacing the popgroups.ymt file provided the "Optional" folder with the rest.

This is awesome, the bouncer actually fits so well as a cab driver! I like the change bro!
@-EcLiPsE- RDE Team in beta stage was creating some sort of script to add custom driver and allow other vehicle cabs to work in game, sadly R* broke the thing
